How do I conduct the online final course evaluations?

Final course evaluations are mandatory in all courses. If you are teaching an in-class course, you will receive an email with instructions one business day before the evaluations should be conducted. Below are instructions for conducting the evaluations:

  • Allocate 15 minutes during the class for students to complete their course evaluations. Please ask them to check their emails for a message from the School containing a link to their evaluations.
  • Complete the survey email with the number of students attending the class during the day the survey is being conducted.
  • Leave the room while the survey is being conducted. Please find a student volunteer to notify you when all students have completed the survey.
  • If students are unable to complete the online survey during the time allocated during the class, they should complete it at home. The survey will remain active for seven days after the course ends.

If you are teaching an online or hybrid course, you do not need to take any action to initiate the course evaluations. You will be notified when the evaluations are distributed to students.
