When should I conduct my final course evaluations?

If your class has 4 or more scheduled meetings, course evaluations should be conducted during the second to last class.

If your class has 1-3 scheduled meetings, course evaluations should be conducted during the last class. Your students will be emailed a course evaluation link just prior to class on these respective days.

If you are teaching an online or hybrid course, you do not need to take any action to initiate the final evaluations. The School will email evaluation links to all students, and send you an email notification. We ask instructors to post a message in Blackboard encouraging students to participate.

Your students will be emailed a course evaluation link according to the following schedule:
