Contracts and Letters of Agreement(LOA) are, for the most part, prepared and sent to instructors six to eight weeks prior to the start of each term. Your program administrator is responsible for administering your contracts and payment, so feel free to contact them about any questions you have. We ask that instructors return contracts and LOA’s within five business days of receipt. A return envelope is provided for return by mail, although we welcome in-person delivery. The School must receive signed contracts prior to a class beginning.
