If you experience a room conflict, which, although rare, can occur, please remain calm.  Have your room confirmation on hand as proof that the room was booked for your course, but do not engage the party who is occupying the room if they refuse to leave, even if you feel the space is rightfully yours.  Look for another empty room nearby, and if not available, apologize to your students, cancel the class and contact your Program Administrator the following morning.  We will deal with the problem, contact all students and make alternate arrangements. During business hours contact your program administrator.
