How do I check out for an online application?

If you are experiencing problems checking out, please follow the steps below:

  1. Clear your cart, by changing the quantity of each selected item to zero. Ensure that your cart is completely cleared
    1. Please click on the “shopping cart” button at the top right corner of your webpage
  2. Clear cookies and the browsing history of your browser
  3. Login to your CES online account at our website
  4. You can access your application by clicking “Application” on the left menu
  5. Re-submit your application. Your browser would be automatically redirected to your “Cart” page. If you are not redirected, click on the “shopping cart” button at the top right corner of your browser
  6. Confirm the service selected and fee to be processed, then click “Check out” to continue,
  7. For security purposes, please login again
  8. Verify your personal information, and click on “Continue to Checkout” to proceed with the rest of the payment procedure
