Quercus access is temporary – once your login credentials expire 60 days after the course end date (refer to your access letter email for exact dates) they cannot be reactivated. If you are looking to retrieve materials from a course that has ended, contact Enrollment and Learner Services at learn@utoronto.ca and we will do what we can to provide you with this information.
Please make sure that you have downloaded any required documents before your Quercus access expires.
