I have two (or more) My Access student accounts. Can they be merged?

If you believe you have created more than one student account, please contact us to resolve this as soon as possible, as this can cause problems with your transcript and certificate status. All you need to do is confirm your current contact information by submitting a request. 

Be sure to include your current preferred email address, telephone number, and mailing address, and we will merge your accounts as soon as we are able.
