If you have forgotten your password, there are two ways to reset your password. Visit any of the help desk locations (St. George, Mississauga or Scarborough) with a valid government issued Photo Identification and the access letter you received from the school with your UTORid information.
If you had set up the account recovery tool when you activated your UTORid, you can call the help desk directly and they will help you reset your password remotely.
