If you have forgotten your password and do not have the account recovery service set up and require support resetting your password, Call the Information Commons Help Desk (416-978-4357) or visit any of the Help Desk locations (St. George, Mississauga or Scarborough) with a valid government issued Photo Identification and the access letter you received from the School of Continuing Studies with your UTORid information.
