I am in an in-class course, but I have been scheduled to write my test at the School of Continuing Studies office, do I have to let my Instructor know?

All Instructors are informed when a learner who is receiving academic supports has registered into their class. However, we does not disclose your name unless given your written permission. Certainly, you are welcome to let your Instructor know that you have arranged to write a test with SCS if you are comfortable, but it is not mandatory. Should an Instructor have any questions, they are welcome to contact the Accessibility Services Team directly.

Please note that eventually, your Instructor will know you are the learner receiving supports, as all tests are returned to Instructors for marking.
