What is a UTORid?

The UTORid is a permanent U of T credential that is issued to U of T degree students, faculty members, and staff members in order to access campus-wide services and resources.  Learners with the School of Continuing Studies will be issued this credential only if they purchase a TCard which is necessary for accessing library and WiFi services.   For more information about these services click University of Toronto TCard

In select courses, you may be issued a UTORid to access Quercus, the learning management platform. If so, that will be your permanent U of T credential.  Please note,  the UTORid is separate from the qqID normally used to access Quercus and cannot be replaced or merged with qqIDs.
